Quick questions

What if I have no equipment?

Perfect. Every workout is built to need none. When you want to add weight, a backpack full of books or a gallon jug works just as well as dumbbells.

I'm a total beginner. Is this too much?

No. Every movement has an easier version, and the whole thing is 20 minutes. If you can get up off a chair, you can start.

How do I cancel?

Does it matter which medication I'm on?
